We are able to accept orders by 
telephone, fax, email and post. Please 
ensure that you include as 
much 
information as possible when submitting 
your order. 
Essential information 
required includes: - invoice address, 
delivery address, full item 
descriptions, method of payment, 
purchase order number (if applicable), 
any delivery restrictions and your 
anticipated delivery date. We will 
respond to your 
			order by issuing an 
Order Acknowledgement with confirmation 
of the details
and order submitted. 
If 
there are any queries with regards to 
your order, you will be contacted 
immediately. 
Consequently, upon 
receiving your order acknowledgement,
please check it without delay and 
			contact the sales office with any 
anomalies. You will be contacted prior 
to delivery with notification of 
your 
anticipated delivery date
and confirmation 
that it is acceptable to deliver the 
goods as arranged.   
  
      
We accept payment by the following 
methods: - Cash, Credit Cards (not 
American Express), 
Debit Cards,
Cheques, BACS & 
Bankers Drafts. Please note that if we are not delivering to the 
registered cardholders address, we will require extra security checks to protect 
against fraudulent use.  
      
  
      
Subject to the size 
of your order and goods ordered, it will 
either be dispatched to you in one of 
the following ways: - 
      
1. Our Own Vans 
      
2. Parcel Carrier i.e 
TNT, Parceline, etc 
      
3. Pallet Carrier. 
      
  
      
		1. If your delivery is 
to be sent on one of our own vans, they 
we will arrange to send your goods when 
we next have a van in the area and you 
will be contacted to confirm a time 
(normally AM or PM) on a  
		specific date. 
		 
		  
		
		2. If your delivery is via a parcel 
carrier, then these deliveries are sent 
on a standard three day service. A next day service is available subject to the 
		order being able to be prepared for collection within the 
		couriers specified times. There is and extra charge for this next day service and 
		the sales team should be able to advise.   
		  
		
		3. With 
larger orders and items, pallet carriers 
are used. The standard pallet service is 
a three   
		day service. Deliveries are 
generally made  in the morning of this third day after dispatch.   
		As this is 
more of a commercial service, this can 
occasionally be subject to change.   
		Again a next day service can be requested for  an extra charge subject to the order being   
		able 
		to be prepared for collection within the couriers specified times.   
		 
      
  
      
Orders over £300.00 
are delivered free of charge to mainland 
England & Wales with orders under 
£300.00 subject to a £30.00 delivery 
charge. For Scotland, 
Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, 
Scottish Highlands and Islands, please 
contact the sales team who can advise on 
delivery charges. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
